This policy describes how ProfitFront handles data during the current private pilot. The goal is simple: collect only what the platform needs to operate safely, explain why it is collected, and keep an evidence trail where decisions or incidents matter.
What we collect
ProfitFront collects the account, runtime, and support data needed to operate the pilot. This can include your email, profile details, broker connection metadata, paper-trading records, execution evidence, audit logs, and support conversations.
Why we collect it
We use this information to authenticate access, operate paper and broker-connected workflows, investigate incidents, measure execution quality, improve safety controls, and communicate important product or support updates.
Broker credentials and secrets
Broker tokens, session identifiers, and similar secrets are used only to support the connection and automation flows you explicitly enable. Sensitive connection material should be encrypted at rest and access-limited to operational systems that need it.
Trade evidence and operational logs
ProfitFront stores runtime snapshots, console events, broker-health checks, decision references, and trade evidence so that users and operators can understand why a trade was taken, what the system saw at the time, and what happened afterward.
Retention
Pilot data may be retained for product validation, incident response, auditability, and account recovery. Retention periods can vary by record type. If you leave the pilot, some data may remain for a limited period to support support, legal, or operational obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information may be shared with service providers that host or support the platform, or when needed to investigate abuse, respond to legal process, protect users, or enforce product safety controls.
Your choices
You can request account access, correction, or deletion support by contacting the team. Some operational records may need to be retained even after account closure when they are required for security, audit, or incident investigation.
